The Labour Department has presented MaxiPro (Asia) Limited with the "Good Employer Charter 2024" in recognition of the company valuing human resources as a vital asset within the organization. The Good Employer Charter (GEC) 2024 featuring the theme of "Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer" to encourage employers to adopt GHRM and family-friendly employment practices (FFEPs) to enable employees to balance work and family needs for a win-win situation for all.
