獎項由萬士博（亞洲）有限公司執行董事、卡格高級寵物食品創辦人、大灣區傑出關愛女企業家的方心如博士領取。方博士於同日獲大灣區經貿協會正式委任為寵物食品事務主席，由協會頒發委任狀，標誌着她將進一步代表業界推動政策與標準發展。

是次盛事獲香港特區政府鼎力支持，行政長官李家超先生、政務司司長陳國基先生、財政司司長陳茂波先生，以及多位行政會議成員與政策局局長親撰賀辭，祝賀活動圓滿舉行。

MaxiPro has received the "Pet Food Enterprise – Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development Gold Award" from the Hong Kong Inheritage Foundation, in recognition of its contributions to sustainability in the pet food sector. The award was presented on December 19, 2024, at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, during the Foundation's 6th Anniversary Charity Gala.

Dr. April Fong, Executive Director of MaxiPro (Asia) Limited and Founder of Kakato Premium Pet Food, accepted the award on behalf of the company. That same evening, she was officially appointed Chairperson of Pet Food Affairs by the Greater Bay Area Economic and Trade Association.

The event received strong support from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chief Executive Mr. John KC Lee、Mr Chan Kwok-ki, GBS, IDSM, JP Chief Secretary for Administration and Financial Secretary Chan Mo-po, Paul, GBM, GBS, MH, JP and other senior officials.
