Terms and Conditions: 1. Participants must agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. 2. Customers who collect a complete set of 19 different flavors of Kakato "卡格" canned pet food wrappers, along with their name, partial identification number (first 3 digits), and telephone number, and mail them to our company between April 1, 2012, and June 26, 2012 (promotion period), will receive one entry into the lucky draw. 3. This lucky draw is only applicable in Hong Kong. 4. Participants must be residents of Hong Kong. 5. Employees of Maxipro (Asia) Limited are not eligible to participate. 6. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can make. 7. If participants do not win the grand prize or special prizes, they will receive a guaranteed prize of one can of Kakato 170g canned pet food (valued at HK$20). 8. Mailing period (including the first and last day) is from April 1, 2012, to June 26, 2012. 9. Deadline and postmark date is June 26, 2012. 10. The lucky draw will be conducted at Maxipro (Asia) Limited on June 30, 2012: Regarding any disputes related to the lucky draw, the decision of Maxipro (Asia) Limited shall be final and binding on all participants and winners. Letters, complaints, and appeals will not be entertained. 11. The grand draw will award one grand prize and six special prizes. The prizes are as follows:Grand Prize: ParknShop shopping voucher worth $1000. Special Prize: Box of Kakato 70g canned pet food (valued at HK$672). 12. The lucky draw results will be announced on July 6, 2012, in the English-language newspaper "The Standard," the Chinese-language newspaper "Sing Tao Daily," and on the Maxipro (Asia) Limited website at http://www.maxipro-asia.com/. 13. Winners will be notified individually for prize collection arrangements. 14. Winners must present valid identification documents to establish their identity before receiving the prize. Failure to provide valid identification will result in the forfeiture of the prize. 15. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, or tangible benefits. Otherwise, the winner will forfeit the prize. 16. Participants who violate these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the lucky draw. 17. On the day of the lucky draw, a reserve winner list will be drawn up. In the event that a winner is subsequently disqualified or found ineligible to participate, Maxipro (Asia) Limited reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the prize and substitute it with a winner from the reserve list. 18. Personal information collected for this lucky draw will be used solely for the purpose of the draw. Unless permitted or required by law, we will not disclose the personal information to any other person without the prior consent of the data subject. 19. Our company will ensure that personal data collected for this lucky draw is handled and destroyed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486). 20. To the extent permitted by law, Maxipro (Asia) Limited shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to this lucky draw or its prizes. 21. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. 22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any matters relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
